How to use the headrest: Grip the middle of the headrest's two rolls, place the headrest on your shoulders and pull firmly towards your neck, lean back and adjust to a bent position, let go and rest!

Rest-a-head consists of two rolls made of a foam type with very special properties.
The cover with the two compartments is made of soft, washable micro-suede.
